分享我自己用的带参数谷歌搜索，让谷歌搜索更好用
- 默认新标签页打开搜索结果
- 搜索地区：美国
- 中文页面
- 关闭个性化搜索
- 传统搜索引擎模式 udm14 ，可改为 50 默认进 ai mode ，但我是传统派
- 不重定向到 .hk
- 关闭安全搜索

下面这个版本可以直接预先从搜索结果里排除一些 spam site：
