用 safe mode 试试。启动时按住 shift 键不放，直到出现登录界面，右上角有红色的 safe mode 。进去后，安装 post install 补丁。

可以用 applescript 来控制 music ，暂停，下一曲等。然后再自己定义快捷键调用这些脚本就行。我用的是 hammerspoon 。
