ping registry.npmjs.org 是正常响应的，
但是 curl https://registry.npmjs.org/ 就没反应
并且浏览器是能够正常访问的

google 了一下，说 ipv6 的问题，但是关了还是不行，
用了 clash ，也用了 steam++，是不是还要单独配置？
