encrypted.google.com也被SSL阻塞了？

    今天回来发现加密版Google用不了了（一直用的HOSTS上的）
    于是去改HOSTS
    终于找到一个能用的IP
    但是过了几分钟又不行了
    怀疑和www.google.com 一样被阻塞了……求验证！

    Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out.

    测试确认.
    在每半小时的后10分钟会被墙 与Google主站手法相同.

    据说google的所有IP基本上都这样。

    @darasion @benzhe 不对不对 之前gmail不稳定的时候 Encrypted Google 一点影响都米有 果然现在还是被XXX了啊
