自建的 Gitea 或者 GitLab，有办法自动镜像指定地址的仓库，并定时更新吗？

    gitea 可以的。

    创建一个 migrate 仓库，创建时可以设置成镜像仓库，创建完成后进到仓库里的设置，里面有镜像间隔时间。
