请教一下如何禁止掉页面中设定好的部分 javascript 代码

一个视频的网站如果将焦点换到其他页面视频就会被暂停找到了实现这个javasciprt代码段但是是写在了视频的页面中如果直接禁用掉javasciprt 视频也无法加载了所以求一个可以禁止掉部分代码的插件 chrome 和firefox都可以

应该是绑定到某个event上嘛，自己加个userscript直接干掉bind就好了。
