一时贪便宜买了crissic洛杉矶年付15刀的VPS，号称PCCW线路，专门针对亚洲优化，买了之后才发现实在太渣了，SSH能延迟出人命来。于是申请了cancellation，但没见退款，这种情况怎么办？PS：使用paypal付的款。

目测没问题啊，等ticket回就好了。几天不会再开dispute比较好，给人点余地嘛
