apple帐号被禁用怎么办？

    之前在淘宝买了一个app 赠送的兑换码，然后更新的时候不小心按到了全部更新。

    然后昨天早上帐号就被禁用了。
    去管网上死也找不到apple的邮箱联系方式。我要投诉啊！垃圾苹果！

    现在对苹果的感觉是越来越反感。
    我要怎么把之前的帐号解禁？
