html 中 img 图片未加载之前显示的灰色块可以在 html 中定义颜色么？

在作一个 html 加载页面。上面有一个 2KB 的小图。
打开这个页面时如果这个图片还未加载进来，会有一个背景为灰色的框显示在那。（图像占位？）
有没有办法在 html 中定义这个框的背景色。比如图片未加载进来之前显示白色的（和 html 里定义的背景色保持一致）？
