求助，无法用 vnc 连到 ubuntu，只有灰屏和三行提示

    想用 mac 通过 vnc 连接到 ubuntu，连接后只有一个大灰屏和三行选项：

    accept clipboard from viewers
    send clipboard to viewers
    send primary selection to viewers

    请问如何解决？？
