公司发布的 exe 会被 360 之类拦截，就去 comodo 买了个代码签名，起到了一定的作用。不过今天发现还是过不了 Windows SmartScreen。
搜了一下说 EV 证书能够完全解决这个问题。请问谁申请过 EV code sign certificates 吗？验证方面要什么手续?
