修改_config.yml后是cd到octopress文件目录下先rake setup_github_pages，然后rake generate，最后rake deploy吗；还是cd到octopress/source文件目录下进行上述操作；或是其它方法？写文章和发布文章又是cd到哪个目录下后进行rake相关命令操作？
