每次重启后都要清除 cookie 才能上 youtube 有什么解决方法嘛？

    浏览器用的是 chrome，每次重启后 fb ins netflix 什么的都能正常浏览，youtube 必须在清除 cookie 后才能访问，求各位有没有什么好的解决方法
