如何知道开源项目有哪些需求？

想参与开源项目，但不知道在哪看需求列表。
比如说 nginx 吧，去哪里可以看到有哪些需求或 bug，去 github 还是 nginx.net ？
求指点。

@robotdiy 这个都写了 An official read-only mirror，所以他真的只是一个 mirror。因为 GitHub 用的是亚马逊云，所以在国外的话亚马逊服务比官方源好呀
