请教一个微信公众号收款的问题

    不知道是我记错了还是怎么着，好像以前公众号认证的主体如果是 ZF 部门,那么里面的微信收款可以选择一个免手续费的类目，但是我现在好像没看到这个类目了。是我记错，还是我眼花没找到呢？
