Seeding 一星期上传几 TB，全被国内的 XL 吃白食，永远的 progress 0%，上传带宽占得满满的，用 bt 软件的歪果人却被挤在一边，开启加密屏蔽迅雷默认端口还有很多漏网之鱼. 没学过编程，不过刚看完 python crash course，能不能学以致用，依某个第三方库接入抓取 peer 信息再写到配置文件里以此屏蔽迅雷用户? 现在懂的不多，只会写个列表然后用 list comprhension 查找拉黑， 或者有其他的方法可以 google ？ 防火墙设置国内 IP 白名单又怕错杀(尽管红旗底下全是迅雷客户端). 用过 enhanced edition，结果自己的 bt 都坏掉了，郁闷.
