python 读 oracle 可以用 cx_Oracle，可以查询然后 fetch。但是我一般用 pandas 的 read_sql 读出来🌚

补充一下，如果用 pandas 的 read_sql 取数，得到 data frame 也可以用 to_sql 保存到 MySQL 的数据库中
