VSCode remote ssh 每次连接都要求给出 host 是 Linux 还是 windows 还是 mac，如何在配置文件里给定，让它不要再烦我了？谢谢

Newyorkcity OP 另外在请问一下 VSCode 里递进选中怎么改快捷键啊？（或者说递进选中叫啥）。。递进选中就是 IDEA 里的 ctrl+w，比如 System.out.println("xxx")，第一次递进选中，选中 System，第二次选中 Sytem.out.println，第三次选中 System.out.println("xxx")
