Excel 2013 数据验证（数据有效性）用英文逗号分隔，但是数值本来就包含英文逗号怎么办？

想做一个下拉列表，但是要填写的数值中本来就包含有英文逗号，系统会自动识别成两个数值。有没有大佬有解决方法？跪谢~

例如：

A
B, 1
B, 2

系统则自动识别成：

A
B
1
B
2
