chrome 里面有三个翻译插件：有道、沉浸、腾讯。沉浸和腾讯都很老实，用到的时候才有网络请求。

就这个有道不管你用不用翻译功能，只要刷新页面就必须发几个请求。

这个是该有的正常行为吗？
