看样子车没有完全封死，现在已经有被风控账号（与域名无关，主要是防止交易欺诈，可以解除）加退款的了，各位自行考虑，需要注意的是付款时的地址一定要是真实的，否则很容易被当作欺诈交易风控掉。
总的来说如果不是很有需要不建议冲了，因为我看我的账单里面总额 12.40 CNY 的消费都是给 ICANN 的手续费，相当于注册 10 年域名是免费的，显然是注册商或狗爹的 bug ，所以该车翻车概率很大，不过应该会退款。
我的建议是新冲的不要冲了，因为大概率收不到域名或被退款，已经收到域名（可以查到 Whois 信息）的可以再观望一下。

此贴终结，相关域名 GoDaddy 已全部取消，如未获退款建议主动联系客服，楼主本人在联系客服后数小时支付宝退款全额到账。
这次域名确实是由于域名价格出现 bug ，但因为狗爹已全额退款并未封禁账户，所以可以理解，没必要喷狗爹。
