大佬，我情况比较复杂，给老外开发，但发布是他们自己发 play
我此前没有这么弄过，也没自己打包发过 play 平台，预想是能保证打包 abb 、abb 安装和测试就行，后续业务拓展才考虑整个都走 play 平台。现阶段怎么弄比较好？
有简化的做法（比如就本机搭环境搞搞），还是也得个人开发者账号一条龙全走完？
