@lutian 目前不打算在 client 上加太多功能，需要其它功能的可以加套一层 v2ray

@emeab 0-rtt 的对延迟的实际影响不大😂这两个对 TCP 的处理都差不多，主要的差别在 UDP 中继上

各个库的性能差距对选择貌似起不到决定性因素，quinn 主要强在用户多，而且换拥塞控制更方便一些
