个人看法，不一定对：

1. 这两个方向，其实市面上已经有不少产品了，可以花点时间拆一下他们的产品形态、怎么收费、哪些人会付费、从哪儿来流量，多少能少踩点坑。levelsio 的 https://interiorai.com/

2. 现在一天做出一个产品很正常，关键已经不在能不能做出来，而在你手上有没有种子用户（几个人就够），你是不是真的搞清楚了他们是谁、在哪儿、什么场景下会愿意掏钱，你现在做的功能是不是刚好帮他们解决了具体问题

3. 我感觉房屋设计这个方向，看上去不是你最擅长的领域； web3 你是懂的，但现在整体在下行，圈里的人这两年基本都往 AI 、量化这些方向贴了。聪明钱监控这块，市面上也已经有一堆成熟工具了。

4. 你现在线下/线上真正熟悉、混的圈子是哪些？先从自己最熟、最好触达的那一小撮人切进去。

5. 独立/业余项目里，大部分都是上线即死亡，能有 100 块真实付费，可能已经超过了绝大多数人，说明不是完全没人愿意为你做的东西买单，只是目前产品形态、定位、获客还没捋顺。我自己也折腾过不少产品，基本都挂了，你比我强。

可以预期的是会出现 skills 分享平台，你引以为傲的 skills 对别人来说只是 branding/marketing 的方式，提供的能力将变成 building skills 。以上也是过渡。
