找工作，在某种程度上来说，最重要的是看老板。
你在原公司是否有一个能够撑你的老板？项目黄了能不能带你转下一个项目？如果全都靠你自己，那么确实应该动一动。下一份工作也是看老板，社招一个萝卜一个坑，如果没有认识的人在里面，纯靠互联网打听，大概率也是个坑，要考虑 landing 的问题。

23 年 6 月从 java 入手转 AI 工程，打开新世界。技术上要学的东西多了去，从 llm 底层（ transformer ）、ai infra （部署、推理、加速）、ai 应用搭建（类似 dify 、coze 这种低代码平台）、ai 应用框架（ agentic workflow/multiagent ）、ai 应用落地的关键因素（可用率、准确率、耗时）等，东西太多了。
