我是去年双 11 买的，199 元 2C4G 的硅谷，一直都是 CN2 GIA 线路；
但是根据探针的监控，7 月 2 下午 1 点左右线路被切到了 163 ，上海监控的延迟从 127 飙升至 227 左右，等到期只能扔了
