去年年初我也是这样开始了，四个月内锻炼加控制食量减了20斤！那种几乎周围所有人见到了都会说哎呀你瘦了的感觉真是太爽了呀！
可惜的是到了九月份开始堕入加班的深渊，到现在又长回了10斤（累计还净减10斤-_-!!）
