我没有遇到过这种样子的 mentor ，我在带别人的时候，也不会这样。。。
这种属于是有毒的职场环境了，为什么楼上都很习以为常。。。

另外我不觉得带人算是负资产或者没有收益，职场影响力是很重要的一环啊，都是手把手带的小老弟，在组里会很滋润。

最后，建议 op 别内耗，把她当 npc ，尽量在组里把某个子领域尽快拿下（汇报、项目结果、以及故障问题排查），展示 ownership 。

@kita 你意思 nat 映射过期？ fake tcp 应该内部有做 Keepalive 吧，nat 能保活住。
