我对牛奶的要求还是比较高的，如果有山姆直接考虑山姆的光明娟姗,山姆的普通纯牛奶是蒙牛代工的品质也一般，如果周边没有山姆可以考虑下面
光明的 7 天保质期的纯牛奶和 15 天高温消毒的新鲜牧场不错，但是光明的优倍是垃圾，又贵又垃圾，垃圾膜过滤技术搞出来的工业垃圾，就数值好看
蒙牛和伊利大部分都是垃圾，但是蒙牛的每日鲜语不错，普通 3.6g 就行，4.0g 和低脂也都是垃圾膜过滤技术搞出来的
鸡蛋和猪肉，我目前都在社区的固定的店买了，你可以 7 点到 9 点卖菜周边逛逛，大家都是人精，你可以观察价格略贵，人还多的，一定品质可以，你可以试试品质一般不低。
